History of the company Planetpal.net - Cidox SA
Codix was created in 1973 by M Jean de Vulliod (at this time profesor at the university of Le Mans) and M Jack Huet (Former director of Francepal) to build wooden pallets fabrication machines.
From 1973 to 2000, date of creation of the websites codixfrance.com and planetpal.net, the society was very innovative in technical aspect such as professionnal and associative aspect.
Codix means 25 years of unceasing innovation in the world of pallets :
1973:
First automation of double calibre nailing.
1975:
MARCOT machines for hot marking.
1976:
First continuous assembly Line for 2000 pallets per 8 hour day (European pallets).
1978:
Machine for high-speed planing and champfering
1981:
Lines of complete finishing with precision stacking, marking and corner-cutting.
1985:
First assembly line set up in China at Baoschan near Shanghai, the successful invention of a nailing-machine to nail twenty 20 cm nails in a single operation.

1988:
BIPAL lines, 250 pallets an hour.
1989:
TRIMONTPAL lines and their mono-block finishing lines.
1992:
High-speed single and double ENTA chevron cutters (4000 chevrons per hour).
1994:
VERPAL machines for dismantling pallets.
1995:
DICOX cutting-out blades.
1998:
CODXPAL machines for dismantling pallets with a band-saw
1999:
SIDEBOUT machines to cut the boards

Creation of the website www.planetpal.net
CODIX means 25 years of activity in the profession :
1974:
Partner in the creation of Sypal at the Deauville congress and associate member.
1984:
Partner in the creation of FRANCE CHINA PACKAGING.
1986:
General Secretariat of FRANCE CHINA PACKAGING.
1990:
Partner in the creation of the American Association of Pallet Recyclers of Cleveland(Ohio).
1991:
Creation of the French Association of Pallet Recyclers.
1992:
Partner in the creation of the ECOBOIS association with the representative organisations of wood-packaging.
1993:
Partner in the creation of SYNAREP by the transformation of the AFRP and the drawing-up statutes.
1994:
Creation of the LOGIPAL Company grouping 25 companies in the manufacture or recycling of wooden pallets
1997:
Creation of the KUSTIN INTERNATIONAL Company for the management and inspection of the logistics of pallets.
1999:
Choosen by the french ministry of industry for the development of the website planetpal.net.
2000:
Creation of the CHEVRONS NOIRS society for the control and logistic aspects of pallets.
