 2009-03-12 CHEP Quality Experts to Address Market Research Conference

CHEP, the global leader in pallet and container pooling services, announced the company is participating in the 19th Annual TNS Global TRI*M™ Conference in Hauppauge, New York, starting tomorrow. Two of CHEP’s leading authorities on quality and service, Bill Duff, Director of Quality & Voice of the Customer, and Wendi Brown, Manager of Customer Experience Research, will present a workshop entitled “Elevating the customer experience with a controlled and measurable process” on Friday, March 13, 2009.

The TNS Global TRI*M Conference is an annual international gathering of TNS’ internal stakeholder management experts and their clients in order to discuss the latest developments in stakeholder management research, exchange ideas and network on an international scope with major players of all industries.

The CHEP presentation is based on an annual research project that was launched in 2001 to measure, manage and monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty. CHEP uses Six Sigma methodologies to analyze opportunities identified by TNS to align the company on key initiatives and share best practices. The results of this benchmarking are an elevated customer experience derived from the quality delivery of all processes and system enhancements throughout the CHEP business.
