Shipping Company Signs for 5 Years in Riverview Industrial Center

CHEP USA signed a five-year, 171,600-square-foot lease in building 400 of 5885 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta.

Built in 2005, the 265,200-square-foot facility is one of four buildings in the Riverview Industrial Center. Located in the Fulton Industrial submarket, the property is in proximity to I-20, I-285 and the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

CHEP USA rents reusable shipping pallets and plastic containers. It is headquartered in Orlando, FL.

Bronson Smith was the in-house representative for the landlord, Republic Property Co. Greg Lance of Equis Corp. represented the tenant.
