2006-09-12 Thieves have stolen around £400,000 worth of booze from a distribution centre in Cheshire

Two men filled lorries with the vodka and gin after locking up a security guard at the depot in Moore, near Warrington.

The pair are believed to have made off with 21 pallets of Romanov Vodka, 32 pallets of Gordon's Gin, 15 pallets of Somerfield Vodka, five pallets of Morrisons Vodka and three pallets of Asda Gin.
