AUSTRALIAN Warehouse Solutions has released the Optiledge product which it claims is an effective and economical pallet alternative.The Optiledge product weighs 1kg, but can support a load up to 2t. According to AWS, the lightweight Optiledge can reduce the weight of a typical truckload by over 1t.The Optiledge pallet alternative is made from 100% virgin high impact copolymer polypropylene. AWS claims the material is 100% recyclable.
