AND' of about 30 million euro the figure escaped from a commercial undertaking of Carpuses, across an international turn of fake invoices: the three persons in charge of the business were denounced from the revenue Officer for tax offenses.

The inquiries lasted a year and means. The business managed a commercial activity in the area of the pallet in wood, but, according to the Flame yellow, did part also of another circuit across which emitted and used invoices for nonexistent operations abroad in the mobile distributions of telephony, computer, bovine skins. Across these fake invoicings, the business carpigiana had acquired the status of 'habitual exporter', with that then gained assets and services without application of the iva.

The yellow Flames disputed invoices for nonexistent operations for about 19 million euro and advanced proposals of I recover and taxation for 8 million costs indeducibili and 3 million Iva.
