United Pallet Network (UPN) enjoyed a 30% growth in volume last year, boosted by network expansion. The pallet network has doubled its presence in Scotland and now has ambitions of developing its network coverage throughout the UK.

The seven-year-old hub-and-spoke system produced an abbreviated balance sheet for the year ending 31 March 2007, but for the company, David Gammon says its ratios have improved "dramatically". UPN says it is driving growth through the introduction of new members  and reliance on an experienced management team.
