A meeting of the board of directors of Nilkamal will be held on Jun. 28, 2007 to consider dividend and take on record results for the fourth quarter and audited financial results for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007, subject to the approval by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting.

The company manufactures products across five segments namely furniture, crates, household goods, pallets and custom mouldings. The company supplies plastic crates to soft drink majors, Pepsi and Coca-Cola.
