Thanks to an extremely sturdy structure and a weight of approximately 4,200 Kg., the PC1200 Pack Cutter offers perfect stability when working ensuring a precision cut and very low maintenance.In addition, the modular construction concept using assembled parts offers greater construction flexibility, and is therefore easily adaptable to customer requirements, plus optimal spare parts management. The innovative cutting system   Using an upward movement of the tool, optimising production times, minimising jamming due to closing of the cut pack, facilitating unloading of shavings and ensuring less wear of the tool itself. To keep abreast with times, a cutting tool has been used consisting of a "low section" chain which is in line with the philosophy, present and future, to save material during cutting. Differents versions are availables From the manual machine suitable for small production lots, where the pre-marked pack is positioned on the reference laser beam, to the completely automatic line equipped with all the devices to optimise production. This version has a control PLC on which the cutting programmes can be set along with distances and quantities. Being so operator friendly it is quick, dynamic and accessible to everyone. The machine is also equipped with automatic systems that prevent damage in the case of malfunctions in addition to the usual operator safety devices. Tool ascent can be adjusted and assisted by a device that adapts speed according to the cutting force. The line can also be fitted with automatic loading/unloading systems, marking devices, hydraulic accessories for aligning the pack on the side and front, automatic binders. All versions have a waste unload belt under the operating head that removes waste from the cutting table .     See plan PC 1200
