Block cutter |
 |
The merger of two essential elements
in just one machine: speed and precision. Precise and repetitive
positioning is possible thanks to a mechanical system that step
feeds the material. During the cutting phase, the loading clamp
returns empty, minimising idle times, all to the advantage of
production. Thanks to the expertise of our Technical Office,
BC 500 maintains the typical characteristics of sturdiness and
quality, guaranteeing (as one of its distinguishing marks) a
working cycle equal to 50 strokes a minute. BC 500 is equipped
with an automatic loader that can hold up to a maximum of 10*
small beams (* 100x100mm beam cross section). |

|
|
According to the type of production
the machine can be fitted with:
- twin collet feeding device, allowing two beams to be positioned
simultaneously (max. dimensions of single beam 120x120mm), thus
achieving double the production quantity in the same production
time;
- a double stepping device, for cutting multiples of the maximum
permitted length;
- an automatic system for cutting a long piece
- short piece, alternated;
- a device to recover the short pieces from other processes;
- a heat stamp |
 |
| BC 500 can be combined with other operating
lines like, for instance, a riveting-machine. For this purpose
the possibility has been studied to install an automatic selection
and unload device of the top and tail end waste on the standard
model which is useful for supplying the product net of waste.
An automatic stacker, to be combined with the machine loader
and guaranteeing line feeding for up to 4-5 hours **, is an
obvious advantage for machine production and for limiting production
costs. With this device the whole production line can work without
supervision. The machine is completely controlled by a PLC,
making it fast and easily accessible by the operator |

| (** based on the sizes of the packs
loaded on the stacker) |
