New processes for treatment regarding the standard NIMP/ISPM 15.

1 - The first process uses this ventilation to spread in the surrounding
walls of the ovens of treatment micro-particles of aluminium powder.

The tests, about which you will find enclosed in pdf file a report in
French, showed that very weak doses were enough (15 gr of aluminium powder
for an oven of 50 m3) so that, after some minutes, we find on all the
elements particles which remained hung in the wood fibers. Please note that
these particles are seen on all the faces of wood thanks to the turbulences
made by ventilation.

Implementation and cost : the implementation is extremely simple, one has
just to inject in the oven before the end of the treatment the right dose of
aluminium powder which represents about 30 gr for 100 m3.
The cost of material is almost negative, aluminium powders, even packaged,
costs less than 100 Euro per kg (or for an oven of 100 m3 more or less 3
Euro).

This process presents, besides, the advantage of representing no danger for
human health.

2 - The second process: it is about a painting which changes color as soon
as the temperature exceeds 70°C.

To spread heating of 56°C to the center of
the wood, the temperature of air must rise at least 70°C. The fact of rising
70°C makes change of color of the painting from white to a lively pink-red.

This process is very interesting and could become compulsory for all
manufacturing companies of packagings which are very mechanized and which
have to attach marking during the process of manufacturing.

The danger is, indeed, that products marked and put in stack at the end of
manufacturing and before treatment (especially for pallets) can be sent to
the customer without being treated in the oven.

The fact of making a mark by stack (we could, for example, put a mark on the
fifth or the sixth pallet of every stack would represents a guaranty that
one did not forget to put a stack in the oven.
