20/09/05 CHEP Sells USA Reusable Plastic Container Assets to GAIT Packaging Ltd
GAIT Packaging, Ltd., has agreed to purchase the USA Reusable Plastic Container (RPC) assets from CHEP, the global leader in transport equipment pooling solutions. The agreement, announced today by both CHEP and GAIT, is effective October 15, 2005
GAIT Packaging, with expertise in perishable round trip container support services for its current customers, will immediately begin servicing growers and retailers previously supported by CHEP. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Griggs added that GAIT Packaging is committed to ensuring a seamless transition and business as usual for our new customers. CHEP management is supporting this effort.
