06-05-26 Keeping the Love Hearts on the road

Confectionary manufacturer Swizzels Matlow has chosen IPP Logipal as its pallet provider. The company makes Love Hearts along with Parma Violets, Rainbow Drops, Double Dip, Drumstick Lollies, Snap & Crackle and Refreshers.

It delivers from the New Mills manufacturing facility to major supermarket retailers, wholesalers and convenience stores across the UK. Around 50,000 pallets trips are made each year. 

IPP Logipal’s one-way trip pallet service involves pallet collections by IPP Logipal, with inspections carried out matched to KPI criteria.

Swizzels Matlow’s supply chain manager said: “IPP Logipal’s one-way trip service produces a cost effective solution and includes quality control checks to a set of KPI criteria.”
