A1 Pallets, a manufacturer of wood pallets and skids, acquired 615 Second St. in Auburn, WA, from Commercial Crating Co. for $1.8 million, or $105 per square foot. The buyer plans to take occupancy in January.

The property consists of two industrial buildings: an 11,817-square-foot warehouse built in 1961, and a 5,250-square-foot facility built in 1983. The buildings each feature six drive-in bays.
