A Newark man faces charges for allegedly attacking and threatening another man who was taking discarded pallets from area businesses.
State Police say Floyd Henry confronted the other man at the Governors Square Shopping Center and Center Point Plaza last week, and told him he couldn't take pallets from businesses along what Henry called his "route".
Henry's accused of threatening to kill the other man and throwing a pallet at him in the first incident, and splashing him with an unknown liquid in the second.
Henry was caught by Wilmington police Sunday, arraigned on charges including offensive touching, menacing and terroristic threatening, and released on bail with an order to leave the victim alone.
