Logistics firm Brambles Ltd says Dave Mezzanotte has resigned as a director and chief operating officer of the company's pallet and container business, CHEP.

Mr Mezzanotte, whose resignation takes effect on Friday, had completed the handover of his operational responsibilities to the three presidents of CHEP, the company's pallet and container business, as announced on August 2, Brambles said in a statement.
