Capable of cycling pallets in 18-22 sec, automatic and conveyorized RS-6000 employs 60 rpm, mechanically powered film delivery head that can wrap loads with 50 ga film, pre-stretched 250% or more, without film breaks. System features Ring-Straddle(TM) design and can handle 180-200 loads, measuring up to 50 x 50 x 80 in., per hour. Cut-and-clamp system uses heat-free film sealing system and has cut/clamp/seal cycle of 1.5 sec. Also included, Pallet-Grip? system locks load to pallet.?
